  • Purchases: A Success Fee being the greater of either a small percentage of the purchase price or 15% of the saving we negotiate between the documented asking price and the final purchase price, payable on exchange of contracts

  • Rentals: A Success Fee of one month’s rent, payable on the signing of the tenancy agreement.

  • Registration Fee: A Registration Fee of £750, which is non-refundable but deductible from the Success Fee, payable upon formal instruction.
